Agreement and Release of Liability
Please make note of my refund policy as well as my agreement and release of liability.

It is the student’s responsibility to manage their own registration and arrive on time and prepared for their appointment at the scheduled time.
​
You will lose your appointment if:
• You fail to reschedule via the online scheduler at least 24h before your appointment
​
• You are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment
​
• You do not use your appointment within the given time. No exceptions will be made.
​
*If Blacktrapeze Coaching has to cancel an appointment for any reason, the student can reschedule it to a later date.

**If for any reason, you cannot reschedule your own appointment, please email me at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final, which means if you need to cancel, no refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges will be offered for any reason.

Agreement and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the classes held by Blacktrapeze coaching I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Blacktrapeze coaching from any and all responsibility, liability, cost and expenses, including injuries or damages, resulting from my participation in any activities.

I do also hereby release Blacktrapeze coaching from any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to myself, or in any way arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities relating to Blacktrapeze coaching.

I understand and am aware that online aerial training is a potentially hazardous activity. I also understand that fitness activities involve a risk of injury and even death, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the dangers involved.
When practicing from home or in an aerial studio, I accept full responsibility for my space and the health and safety precautions in that space. During practice, I am responsible for choosing and making appropriate modifications in my practice and if I choose to deviate from general class instructions, I do so at my own discretion.

I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death related to said aerial activities.
I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would prevent my participation in online aerial training except as hereinafter stated.
